Attention: Kevin Luckhart
Dear Sir:
This is to confirm that we have completed testing of your rain screen EIFS wall panels for pressure equalization. The test indicated that with a 12 mm x 12 mm vent, a 2.5 m x 2.5 m wall panel of 50 mm thick EPS foam, pressure equalized within a minimum of 93% when tested in accordance with NRC protocol for pressure equalization. The panels were tested at pressure differentials of 1500, 1000 and 500 pa and cycled at 2, 1 and 0.5 Hz.

A formal report will be issued shortly outlining the testing in detail. Should you have any other questions, please feel free to call.

Yours truly,

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This letter is to confirm that ITS/Warnock Hersey has conducted testing on Preswitt's Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) Rain Screen Wall Panels in accordance with the Draft requirements of EIMA 200.03 "Test Method for Determining the Drainage Performance and Drying Potential of Class PB Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems." The wall panels were assembled at ITS, Coquitlam laboratory on December 16 - 23, 1996 under the direct supervision of ITS staff. After curing a minimum of 28 days, the samples were tested on February 11 and 12, 1997.

The results of the testing showed that the Preswitt Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) Rain Screen Wall Panels met the requirements of the standard.

Yours Truly,

IS/WARNOCK HERSEY
