The above six storey apartment building was designed using a standard EIF System, however the architect elected to use Preswitt's pressure equalised EIF Rainscreen System. The North, East and West Elevations were clad using EPS insulation, the South Elevation required mineral wool insulation, covered with a non combustible coating.

Being one of the first installations of its kind on the West Coast, and addressing the City's concerns with leaky buildings, this project attracted a considerable amount of attention from developers, contractors, designers and building officials.
